Most organizations do not start with a grand analytics strategy. They start by wanting a dashboard. Then they want a few more. Over time, reporting grows, complexity increases, and expectations rise. Only a small percentage of teams move beyond dashboards to build durable data foundations.
Most analytics efforts remain front end focused. Dashboards answer immediate questions but rarely scale, remain trusted, or support automation and AI. A smaller group invests in proper storage layers and semantic models. A very small group - what we call the "AI 1%" - treats analytics as core infrastructure and plans for scale, governance, and long term value.
We work across all three levels, but our deepest expertise is in building the foundations that make analytics durable.
